2. Order Cancellation Rights (Before Shipment)
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped for a full refund.

3. Conditions for Returns (Global Customers)
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.

Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products.

Items unsealed for hygiene reasons (e.g., bedding used after opening).

Items damaged due to customer misuse.

Products that deteriorate due to improper handling.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our conditions.

International Customers: Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

India Customers: Return shipping cost is buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

If marked as a gift during purchase, you will receive a gift credit for the returned item.
